Fine fashions and gifts for women

At Stylishwomen.com no purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. However, if for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within thirty (30) days of ship to date when accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original box for a free exchange or an instant refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable). The restocking fees are twenty five percent.

Stylishwomen.com's fashions and goods should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we are pleased to offer a thirty (30) day return policy on all purchases.

  1. E-mail Stylishwomen.com customer service to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (RMA#).
  2. Secure your item and all of the original packing materials, including return form, packing slip in a plainly wrapped cardboard box (the post office has these available if you do not).
  3. Send the package by registered mail or insured mail, as this is the safest way to ship high-value items. For your protection, please insure the package for the full amount of the invoice plus shipping charges. Stylishwomen.com is not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.
  4. Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area.MAIL to:

  5. Please be careful: You should NOT write Handbags or other Brands-related words anywhere on the package, as this invites possible theft of the package. Returns are easy to facilitate, but are subject to certain rules:
  6. The item needs to be returned within thirty (30) days following the shipment date of the order from Stylishwomen.com. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted.
  7. Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. We cannot accept it otherwise. Damaged goods due to client negligence will not be accepted for refund.
  8. If the item is a gift, it is important that the authorization number be written on the Stylishwomen.com address label. As with any purchase, the gift recipient may exchange the item or elect to receive a Stylishwomen.com gift certificate instead of a refund.
  9. Special orders items (promotions, preferred buyer programs, discount, on sale or bag of the week) can be exchanged but cannot be refunded unless there is an error on behalf of Stylishwomen.com.
  10. Shipping, handling, insurance and credit card fees are refunded if the return is a result of an error on behalf of Stylishwomen.com.
  11. All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
